        Wisconsin has the most corrupt legal system in the country. Only state with more prisons than colleges

        That's actually not true. 77 colleges/universities and 40 prisons (including juvenile facilities).

        I just looked at Wisconsin department of corrections website and Wikipedia for the colleges. The colleges include community colleges
