        You know that sometimes the emergency room charges HUNDRED OF DOLLARS FOR A BAND-AID, one like you buy at a drug store. -

        Sometimes doctor's charge $1000 for physicals and hospitals charges hundreds for basic lab tests -

        Everyone is trying to grab more of the pie and everyone is at fault. Doctors and hospitals try to take more out of companies as well -

        Insurance needs to be fixed for sure it's gotten out of control as well but so has the general cost of healthcare. It's all broken.

        Insur comp is the mistress in the doctor patient relationship. Takes $ from the patient and tells the doctor what to do if want to be paid

        Care delivery is based on how insurance pays. Sometimes not in the patient's best interest.

        None of this would have been necessary if insurance companies had been regulated. Medical insurance & medical treatment are out of control.
