        For years WF was considered a model of service and profitable banking playing within the rules. Turns out it has been fraud.

        Understand mod of loan term w/permission if paymnt lower & amount not affected much, but gouging people in bankruptcy is horrible.

        I understand WF took over Wachovia mortgage portfolio after crisis. But these acts, if proven, are illegal, consistent, show intent.

        Would be interesting to find out if WF did this for troubled loans outside of bankruptcy--when there is no trustee/court scrutiny/oversight.

        @WellsFargo forced insurance on me 4 years because I put house in trust. 3k per year extra had to sell

        They accepted all checks from the trust. They even signed checks on a claim I had against my own policy . Same policy they refused.
