        No honey. Gerrymandering is redistricting to protect a dist. for a certain party outcome, with outrageously drawn lines to effect that goal.

        "Drawing lines" is "districting". there's a magic formula called "The Census". Gerrymandering = manipulating outcomes. are you this dense?
