Opinion: Brexit won't liberate Britain to conquer world markets. It will make a mediocre economy worse.http://nyti.ms/2rRcfFd

Mediocre economy? A nation that is a member of the G7. The world's 5th largest economy. An impressive feat for only 65mil people. #ProudBrit

Perhaps. But US, Japan & Canada are all in the G7, & last time I looked, they weren't in the EU.

it is a valid argument. After all 15 out of the top 20 nations are non-EU. So EU is not a prerequisite for economic success

Multinationals will continue to make money. Britain is a rather small country. They aren't losing many consumers

The vast vast majority of that money resides in the cities. Brexit will not be good for the country. Anyone who believes it will is a fool

Correct, 'money' tends to be where the most people are - i.e. cities. It's the same the world over.
