What does one need to review? And how can an officer be found not guilty of shooting an unarmed person... if he shot the unarmed person...?

Are you suggesting there is a valid reason for shooting an unarmed individual?

Here's a hint: there isn't. Cops are trained for de-escalation, unarmed restraint and have non-lethal weapons.
-
Shooting an unarmed person is using a sledgehammer to deal with a thumbtack. Excessive force in slef defense is grounds for manslaughter.

I personally think it would be more to the point of asking how many judges of color have never been racially profiled. Answer: none.
-
Any defense attorney who came across a potential basis for recusal and did not ask is betraying the ethical responsibility to zealously rep.
