Let me guess. Once these scientists race back from their research, they will conclude that the solution is more taxation.

Either deal with now. Florida locations already unsellable because flooding across state. No deal with later. See you below water line.

My theory is that scientists always knew the sun/earth relationship is so complex that we would have no way of stopping the climate.

Not your actions or my actions. Average people live in their means. It's the mega-wealthy families and corporations wasting and polluting.

It's a shame that so many people r cynical about climate change. Their grandchildren may not have a livable planet because we refuse to act.

Do you equate change with Armageddon? Calm down. We survived sabre tooth tigers with little more than a fire and a club. We're fine...

The terrifying "sabertooth times" likely came to an end because some of our ancestors did something about it. Don't you think so?

Or: We killed the sabertooth tigers. Those animals had survived millions of years and several ice ages until they tried to eat our babies.

My point being: We are not the ones to sit idly when something threatens our existence. Be it sabertooth tigers or melting glaciers.

We have mastered our world and are able to adapt. A changing climate is not a threat to our children's existence. Bigger fish out there.
