It'll piss off many in the Middle East. The Kurdish ethnicity cross a number of current national boundaries; minorities in all I think?

Syria, Iran, Iraq, Turkey. 'minorities' yes - but militantly dominant within the bounds of their own communities, and self governed in Iraq

There you go. So a number of countries with a bit to lose if the Kurds push for independence & their own lands back.

But Kurds have been in both cold and hot wars for those lands for decades. So it's not a new development just a strengthening of their side

As do I. Rojava is not going anywhere. An internationally recognized Kurdish State is a must. Draw those lines. Turkey needs to back off

The difference is the Kurds are secular and democratic they're not Islamists.

It was never done with secular democratic forces. Every single time it has been Islamist Jihadis.

Stuff Turkey. They are allies in name only. Kurds have consistently supported the US & been a reliable partner fighting terrorism. Back them

Turkey should be considered for a full-removal on the JSF project. Too sensitive to put into the hands of a country in religious regression

The YPG are not terrorists, Turkey state sponsors and takes part in Terrorism, the Kurds try to survive it.
