With Republicans flowing into office now, federal positions will be in dangerous hands. Everything Trump touches simply backfires.

        Dangerous hands? That is laughable.

It is for you to call it dangerous. I think it is about time. Enough of liberal judicial unconstitutional activism! Courts will be great.

Judicial activism is valuable because it allows judges to reevaluate old laws to fit modern society. Disregarding it would halt progression.

Then get ready for some great constitutional law activism where Constitution is respected and upheld again. That's activism we need.

However, judges should still be able to reevaluate it according to a modern society, and certainly not reject it entirely.

The Constitution stands in its own. Reinterpreting it to fit every pop social/cultural trend is what is dangerous.
