        After a year of physical therapy for three herniated discs I found relief with a chiropractor. Real pain makes you open to trying new ideas.

        I was a critic till I was desperate after pregnancy caused me not to be able to walk. Relief was instant and long lasting. No meds.

        At it's best: as good as physical therapy, but PT has medical training. At worst: dangerous, crazy quacks. No medical standards.
