        Aussies gen'ly happy BUT housing costs r outrageous.On my sister's 1/4 acre block they will put up 3 2-story houses when she dies! @ $600K!

        OK, I get it. Housing is out of control, same as in #America, especially places like SF, NYC, LA, Hawaii. Have to move elsewhere in country.

        Yes, but by moving further out, the commute gets longer.Fortunately transport services very good.PS that was 3 @ $600K on 1/4 acre lot!

        3 houses on 1/4 acre at $600k each! My sister's little house is on land that will sell for $500K!
