"If science begins to be seen as a liberal pursuit..." Then maybe don't write articles reinforcing that somehow that's a bad thing.

Supporting science needs to somehow appeal to conservatives more? By how? Being less factual?

This would make sense if the legitimacy of science wasn't already a huge target for at least the next four years??

More inviting? What's left but locking the labs and putting bounties on climatologists? Fight back, scientists.

Science has always been vulnerable to abuse & distortion for political end. Because science provides powerful ammunition in political debate

Science is factual by a means of scrutiny. There are many truths that don't lie. Our population will understand pain by exponential numbers.

I think of Star Trek. Mr Spock said if we let emotions get in the way of science it changes the algorithm and there is no logic. I agree

This has nothing to do with political sides. This is fact vs. fiction, all sides are welcome to support science.

But part of scientific advocacy is speaking out when science is being denied or muzzled. Politics come in when an ideology silences science
