        Hasn't pd taxes in 20 yrs, gave very little to charity, a large amount of his businesses are in other countries. It's called corporate greed

        Top rate down 39 to 35% plus they took away their deduction for St Income tax. Middle rate down from 35 to 15%, I'd call that significant.

        Middle rate is currently 28% only going down to 25%. State & local income deduction also taken away from middle class.
