Rationalizing the exclusion of contrary viewpoints. Slippery slope 1. WHO decides what's acceptable speech? 2. WHERE do you draw the line?

Inciting violence, fighting words, fire in a crowded theater. Believe it or not even the Constitution includes specific, rational exceptions

I am going to challenge you on this one. Please provide where in the constitution that it specifies exceptions to free speech.

Just gotta point out how courts interpreted the phrase "free speech" to include those exceptions. I said includes, not "specifies," darling.

You said "the Constitution includes SPECIFIC, rational exceptions". It doesn't. The courts have interpreted it but not the doc itself.

R u telling me that the exceptions are not specific exceptions but instead are general exceptions or do u just have comprehension problems?

No, I am saying there r no exceptions spelled out in the constitution. Until an official amendment is made, the exceptions aren't in the doc

Incitement to violence, I believe, is an constitutional exception, is it not?

Free speech, unless it's an opinion that the NYT or University Professors don't agree with. Their opinions are covered but not yours. 🤔😂
