American Airlines seemed to handle this well after the event. Even if the passenger is partly to blame you can treat them with respect

I agree that the woman might not have been cooperative. That will come out eventually. But the woman was assaulted. AA employee overreacted.

Umbrella strollers permitted. A female attendant was looking for a spot to store it. Then this guy happened and lost it. #AmericanAirlines

No they have to b checked in like everyone else . Did she think she was going to stroll up and down the aisle with a stroller?

Strollers are NOT the same as UMBRELLA STROLLERS. Umbrella strollers are permitted onboard and folded in closets. Check ur facts.

The woman should not have brought the stroller on the plane. But, she thought she was special and could do whatever she wanted. Then cries?

There are closets at front of plane to take items like that. Attendant should have asked passenger politely if he could store it for her

Maybe it wouldn't fit in the closet? Idk. I know she shouldn't have tried to bring on the plane. Who does that??? Someone stupid?

Do they all forget, that they get paid from us? If we don't fly, they won't have a job, I think customer service needs to be reimbursed

Good. If a flight attendant can't hold his temper before they leave the ground, who wants him in the air?

it's hard to explain how gruelling & even scary solo long-haul travel with tiny child can be; this woman has TWINS. 1/2

A simple explanation to the woman that she needed to check her stroller right outside the door would have been so easy. Why get aggressive?
