That is the problem with deathpenalty. But still murderers don't deserve better.
-
If we aren't sure, don't we have a responsibility to wait? If we allow our states to kill those who are innocent, how are we not murderers?

Wow now Arkansas can be reassured that there will never be another crime committed in their state--so Gov't Killing is NOT BIG GOVERNMENT?

The U.S. Supreme Court was ready to stop these EIGHT Arkansas executions but they voted 5-4 to let them go forward.

Remind me again how America leads the free world? Barbaric practice should be confined to history, has no place in a modern world.

let me guess they are going to execute three more black men.

They want(ed) to execute eight: 4 black, 4 white...very "FAIR".

"Courts have halted four of those [eight] executions." http://www.reuters.com/article/us-arkansas-execution-idUSKBN17L32F … I do not find the race of the 4 halted executions specified.
-
'very fair'?! So you always have to make sure its balanced
-
Hence "quotes". 4 White/4 Black to LOOK balanced/"fair"...belied by heartless consideration of LethalDrug shelf-life & refusal to run DNA.
