Meaning that they will board the employees first, and let customer know their seats have been stolen from the convenience of the terminal.

So they'll just take the seat before you get on the plane and leave you stranded at the airport

That shouldn't have even been a policy!! Who comes up w/ this stuff? Customers can't walk up & demand seats why should employees be able to?

They can ask & people can refuse or be compensated. They can't forcibly remove a passenger; ask someone else or find the crew another flight
