        Then California will become the first state to bankrupt all for winning the favor of non-citizens once federal funding is pulled.

        That's not correct. As of Jan 2017, Cali's budget deficit is back and they are currently receiving $105 billion in federal funding.

        Far from broke, CA has SURPLUS $$. And, CA contributes more $ to Feds than it receives.

        Slave wages! What a joke. They do the work that some people believe is beneath them. We have workers from Mexico here every summer.
