There's ways two sides to every story, I've used the Chase card and hated it, I was emabrassed to use Chase traveling was a issue.

AmEx just raised their fees and their benefits update doesn't really match the increase

When I had a issue amex was there.They stood there whole time. When used a Chase card was lied to and was disaster with Chase.Just my 2cents
