        The people they killed have been kept in even more confinement. A grave.No sound,no light,sitting outdoors.Never for them the last 25 years.

        death row inmates spend 23 hours a day in windowless concrete cells of 8 by 10 feet - inhumane & i'd bet murder rate is still stupidly high.
