LEDs can be softened but Rome was never meant to be seen like either originally. Where is Rome by torchlight?

I guess I'm alone in preferring white LEDs. The pic on right is more "real" instead of "yellow." Faithful color of walls/ground.
-
There's enough "daylight" LEDs at Home Depot to say you're not alone, but I can't stand them. Nothing in my house higher than 3000K
-
I agree about inside a home, but the street should mimic "daylight" since it's outside.
-
But they're for night time. Different vibe. Think about it - nobody looks romantic in the hard, fluorescent light of a 7-11.
-
I don't particularly think "urine yellow" is all that romantic either.
-
Well there you go. Always one "glass half empty" type around!

There are a variety of LED lighting options. They don't have to look like that.

LEDs are temperature controlled. 1000 kelvin to 10,000 Kelvin - choice as to how yellow/warm it should look http://www.integral-led.com/education/warm-white-or-cool-white …

it's weird how lighting can completely change a place, or a person, it went from a romantic European city into the middle east
