Obviously sadistic in nature but was there true intent to harm? Should all strobe animation be illegal to safeguard epileptics?

I think a guilty verdict will be hard to achieve. Strobe lights are everywhere. Will a motorist with strobe lights be held liable?

Read the article. He researched how to trigger seizures in epileptics and was successful. It was assault with intent.

I did read the article. I already knew strobes can induce seizures. But instant seizures? Wow.

I've seen it happen to those prone. However, this was intentional according to own words.

Where did I use the word hitman? However, he did hit his aim & it acted like a physical assault on the intended recipient.
