        If you need Medicaid, you are, by definition, sick. How,then, can you be "able-bodied"?

        I did not say disabled. I said sick and able bodied has nothing to do with disability.means having a healthy body.

        Who will define "able-bodied"? Paranoid schizophrenics can be able-bodied but not necessarily suited to the mainstream workforce.

        It says able-bodied. Elderly and disabled aren't able-bodied so they're not affected.
