        There's no uniform response—Complaints abt having to pay for a child they didn't want or having no say for a child they did.

        I don't know what the nuns did or didn't do, but they most likely lacked the funds to properly care for these women and kids

        The nuns were paid by the State. They hired the kids out to local farmers. They also sold them into adoption. @pistachiochick

        nuns were horrible,hateful acts and attitudes are directly related to the papal/church theology, nuns following orders.
