These are not conscious choices the mes staff are making. When people upset us we are more likely to make mistakes.

Try harder to not get upset. Have some empathy for those parents. If that was your kid you'd lash out, too.

I did read it. Reacting to words is always a choice, esp when the report says they dont react to anger

there are many things they dont bother to identify, and it pisses me off since it effects many inside & outside
