        Those GOP governors don't know all Medicaid clients - working poor, disabled, handicapped population. Investigate then legislate.

        part of the reason many of them are on Medicaid is they are disabled. Make Congress work 50 weeks a year to earn their benefits

        Not exactly hard, CPS gets 16 yo's on SSI for ADD, Oppositional Defiant Disorder all the time.
