        Eggs are porous and take in all smells inside the fridge where they are stored. It is a mistake to do so. But your free choice !

        I have 7 layer hens- don't refrigerate and we leave them on the counter for weeks. Never any issues and always better taste/color

        Yeah 2-3 weeks is np. Just don't wash the eggs until you eat them. The enzyme coating is what protects it from bacteria
