It's not a disadvantage to be with your children & raise them to be great humans. Fix the world: stay with your children.

It is a blessing that is being thrown away by too many. I'm a stay at home dad and business owner; I know.

Women are going to be disadvantaged until men take responisibility for their 50% share of child rearing.

To be fair that is something that should be taken up between mother and father about the child, who works more andso on

Disagree, a society that automatically assumes that the woman will be the primary caretaker creates disparity.

When you agree to having a child with someone the matters of who works and who raises the child should be discussed

Bosses will expect women to be the caretaker and give them lesser jobs in advance. The private is political.

But women are capable of overcoming that stereotype by proving they are going to be around knowing the husbandcan handl

Society as whole has to overcome that stereotype. Expectations towards men to act as caretakes need to rise.

Boils down to where you put time/effort. There is value in balance. But don't bitch about less pay than someone who works more.
