If you want babies born without arms and legs this is the right move. That's what happened last time we didn't have strong regs

the reason the prices are high is the FDA.. so do you want cheap drugs or govt approved drugs?

The reason prices are so high is that all other nations negotiate their prices (single-payer) & we are pay for it.

I work in the pharma industry. Our regulations are no more stringent than the EU. In fact, they might be worse.

and more regulation means higher prices than less reg (eu), are you suggesting the opposite?

I meant EU regs are more stringent. And yet, they have lower drug costs because of single payer negotiation.

there are many ways to get that, I'd argue surrendering your health to govt control is not the best way to do so

Deaths and side effects don't matter as long as drug companies make obscene profits. Stockholders first, man. Patients expendable.
