        Yep, dereliction of duty. She has the duty to defend the admin in Federal courts. Let the judges decide legality.

        It's not her job to make rulings on what is Constitutional and what isn't. She isn't a Federal judge.

        Yes. That's where it's either upheld or a Judge strikes it down. Then losing side can appeal higher.
