        If they are now attending college, they are beyond the age to have rectified their immigration status and become legal citizens.

        Anyone can apply for citizenship and start going through the process, not just college students.

        Agreed, "DREAMers" are legally granted temporary residence if in the program. They are not illegal but not every-1 is in program
