-
you figured it out! Please cc the idiots in congress.

I am a cynic. They know, but don't care. In fact, it is their agenda.

freezing Federal jobs is cosmetic. Every time it is done, outside contractors are hired for more money and little vested interest.

GOOD! We're $19 trillion in debt. Get more efficient. WAY too much waste in government.
-
Studies already show this freeze decreases efficiency and increases cost, direct opposite of what your going for
-
Not in public sector. Quite the opposite. Treat them the same and get same results.
-
But most fed agencies have their hands in the pub sector, don't they?. My sourcehttp://www.gao.gov/products/FPCD-82-21 …
-
I mean they should re-org like private sector does. Can't do that in pub sector. I don't dispute your facts.
-
Feds could become much more efficient, but the freeze is only deterring that. A working fed govt is good for all imo
-
in other words I prefer efficiency over making feds smaller
-
I think you and I agree more than we disagree.
