typical that they continue to attack the police. Someone tell Loretta her days of incompetence are no longer needed.

I wouldn't say they're attacking police but merely calling out bad police protocol

This must be why all of the Chigagoans are killing eachother. They are just frustrated. Murder rate makes sense. Thanks, DOJ.

as always DOJ shows bias against police
-
if you bothered to even read the report, you'd know they take recommendations & findings from the 300 cops they interviewed.
-
perpetuates victim mentality and absence of personal responsibility been advocated by certain groups for years why admit failure
-
So personal responsibility for civilians and none for cops and their institutions, great argument.

did the justice department look into the gangs and 700+homicides? Geez.
-
This report ties failed police practises to the atrocious 29% homicide clearance rate. (less than half the national average)
-
I tend to blame the criminals shooting people. Poverty and fatherless families, failed leadership. It's bad.
-
So lets continue the cycle of ineffective, unlawful policing, while complaining nonstop about high crime rates. Got it.
-
no. Fix the policing issues but the root of the cause of kids in gangs and homicides should be discussed openly.
-
The community has been telling the world the solution for yrs., stop depriving whole neighborhoods of economic resources
-
a key economic resource in the family is a father. Most kids being raised by a single mom or grandmother is a key driver of poverty
-
An even more significant economic resource is the ability to avoid redlining from financial institutions
