this guy pledged his allegiance to ISIS & yet is able to fly w/a gun. Any wonder why we lack faith in the intelligence community?
-
that America for ya, gun culture yet will fight tooth and nail against gun control. Can't have it both ways.
-
not a gun control issue, rather a failure of the intelligence community issue.

you better ban cars while you're at it because the number who die in car crashes is immeasurably higher.

Americans' libido affair with guns is extremely disturbing. And the politicians, especially GOPers make it WORSE!

What's the difference between checking a weapon and a mass murder non passenger bringing in a weapon in a backpack
-
I agree. Airports are relatively soft targets before the security checkpoints. Gun in checked bags is not the issue

No one would need to check a gun. Anyone can walk in from the street to the baggage claim area. I've been concerned about. Orlando so busy.
-
Fort Lauderdale is international--you can't just walk into baggage claim. Domestic airports, sure.
-
Orlando is an International airport and I walk into baggage claim all the time. I did San Fran about 7 months ago as well.
-
Domestic terminals maybe? How do they do customs checks if the baggage area is totally open?
-
Great question and I've been reading. If flying international bag claim is inside security. For everyone else bag claim has entrance. 1/2
