What a joke, they can't control vandalism, assaults, robbery, drug dealing but will arrest thugs for smoking.

this is stupid. Another way to criminalize the poor, especially minorities. Evictions caused by this will put people on the streets

Poor people lose freedom first. As always.
-
it's not a freedom to smoke In a house you don't own, it's a privilege.
-
Ah you sound like Steve Bannon, he thinks only property owners should vote. Mediocre white man, what say you?
-

Stop with the BS if smoking is so bad just ban it altogether. Make it illegal. But this sort of crap is nothing more than Orwellian
-
Big tobacco is big and have lots of money able to grease the palms of the people in power.
-
Yes they certainly do. But w/ all this bit by bit reducing the places people can smoke it frustrates them & they'll give up.
-
That's been going on for many years, and I guess it's been somewhat effective. Electronic cigs has been very effective too.
-
What needs to be done is that the cigarette industry should be banned from putting in all those addictive chemicals as well.
