        Supreme Court doesn't have that authority. A state can individually decide what it wants to make legal or illegal.

        Someone can bring a challenge case to SCOTUS, they can overturn say state law overruled by Fed law.

        Not for something a state wants to make legal. SCOTUS plays a role if someone challenges a state law they believe is unconstitutional.

        Under Supremacy clause in Constitution can rule Fed law overrides State law.

        States have laws for things Fed doesn't cover. Fed says Cocaine is illegal, but say Iowa says its Legal, can challenge
