        It's a side effect of the FDA not doing there job. Food is no longer food. Americans are over eating due to nutrient depleted food

        yes, but some have a much slower metabolism then some. Saw a study where a guy burned like 500 a day, unreal.

        I cut my calories to 1500 a day, got to a healthy weight and stay in a 5 lb window, works for me.
