        仅仅只是当地政府无动于衷的话,我们还可以期待最近几年蓬勃发展的环保NGO来帮助当地的生态保护。然而,不少地方官员竟然违背法律让高污染企业在没有环保测评的情况下入驻。而且很多公益NGO被莫名其妙地定义为“非法组织”、“颠覆政权”、“间谍渗透”。真是“有趣的”政府。
