Net operating loss carry-forward period is 20 years. Complying with the tax code is the opposite of crook.

Possible application of the 20-yr net operating loss carry-forward provision of tax code? Sure, it's smart and legal.

Yes, yes, and maybe. It's entirely ethical. We know the Clintons cheated on income taxes for years. You okay with her as pres?

Have you amended 10-15 years of tax returns because you were caught w/ bogus deductions and underreported income? Clintons have.
