@nytimes Ask yourselves honestly if you would say "appears to show" if it was a video of a black man shooting police. -
they're legally required to phrase it that way. Same as how papers always say criminals "allegedly" committed crimes.

Seems very different. "Alleged" is proper before someone is found guilty. Conversely, the video literally shows this.

in Louisiana you do not need a permit to open carry as long as you are over 17 & no felonies.
