1. Wrong information. LDL cholesterol is calculated from Triglycerides so not fasting underestimates LDL-c. Also HDL-c goes down.

2. w/high TG. Also effects of statins derived from fasting studies. So fasting is strongly preferred. LDL-c will be wrong if ate.
