I dont have a problem with this. It is used on disturbed and and mentally ill people who act aggressively during arrest.
-
No, they didn't use it on the cops.

Looks like a body bag. This is disturbing. If suspect in handcuffs why would this be necessary? This is cruel & unusual punishment.
-
they don't carry stretchers in their pockets and they need to move him from the complaining public like you.
-
When it happens to you or your wife, kids, brother & let's see how you feel. People are so smug when others are being abused.
-
they restrained a mentally unstable man..no abuse...he is secure from kicking and punching and spitting...u friggin dope.
-
When they put you son in one of these you won't think its so great. People have always kicked and stuff. This is silly.
-
yes they have and they've developed ways to safeguard all involved....such as the bag. This man was safely transported.

WTF?! This was over an unpaid subway fare?!!!! Get a mental health worker down there! This is an out-of-date & harmful approach.

For every 1 cop, Americans have 300 cellphones. We can legally limit police to 9-11 phone call response, prohibiting cop patrols.
