The fat-free myth was conjured by the sugar industry so their products could be used in all the "low-fat" alternatives. And now, everyone is fat with diabetes.

Being vegan or vegetarian doesn't make you deficient in protein, just like being not vegan or vegetarian does not make one protein efficient

Absolutely ridiculous…I’ve been a vegan for decades.The average vegan diet has more than enough protein to avoid a deficiency. Only vegans with a poorly planned diet lacking diversity are at risk of protein deficiency. IMO

All animals living in the wild are fit without going to the gym or consulting with so-called experts. Eat less, eat whole foods, & move a lot, & physical fitness is achieved. It is cognitive fitness that is challenging & affects overall health/happiness. #fitness #mentalhealth
