Absolutely ridiculous…I’ve been a vegan for decades.The average vegan diet has more than enough protein to avoid a deficiency. Only vegans with a poorly planned diet lacking diversity are at risk of protein deficiency. IMO

All animals living in the wild are fit without going to the gym or consulting with so-called experts. Eat less, eat whole foods, & move a lot, & physical fitness is achieved.
It is cognitive fitness that is challenging & affects overall health/happiness.
