We found that the mob was mostly composed of unorganized rioters acting individually. But several times, a move by an organized actor — for example, a Proud Boy identifying a weakness in the police line near the building’s scaffolding — set off a mob surge.pic.twitter.com/gkvMDbmnjX

The annual budget for the Capitol Police - $460 million. And these are the "barricades" they used? Completely useless.

Why didn’t the police fire at these rioters? They were committing an armed B & E on federal property. The police were very much within their rights to kill them. Lives were at risk, but the police stepped aside and let them in? Something is up.
