The Supreme Court needs serious reform. I don’t know if expanding it is the answer but something has to be done. SCOTUS has gotten way to partsian and political over the last 20 years

If you don't want to expand it, we could shrink it and eliminate the justices that were appointed through underhanded means. Might be quite a few of those!

No, it isn't. Conservatives have never rattled the cage about expanding the Supreme Court. Taking advantage of or stalling an unexpected vacancy when one controls the Senate is one thing....SC expansion is a reckless threat to that institution and the separation of powers.
