“Wearing a mask is a personal choice, and there is no practical way to enforce a mandate to wear them,” the superintendent of a Georgia school district wrote in a letter after a widely circulated photo showed a packed hallway on the first day of classeshttps://nyti.ms/2ETguIh

Most major school districts around the country will NOT be reopening for in-class attendance. Soon we'll be seeing very bad news from schools that do reopen (mostly in red states). Children's lives are now at risk over an ignorant political strategy that ignores basic science.

Are you kidding? Schools can't require you to wear something that's your personal choice. There is no school anywhere that mandates... "Standardized clothing" that all students must wear to attend. It's clearly unconstitutional for them to require some kind of... uniform.

Do they not enforce a student dress code? How is that any less of a personal choice than a face mask?

I'm sure this same school has a dress code policy that punishes girls for spaghetti straps and short skirts.... hypocrites.

Even worse! They have a damn dress code policy on leggings..... • Leggings may ONLY be worn with a shirt/dress/skirt that comes to mid-thigh and covers the same length all the way around (utilize the short side of a 3x5 card while standing straight on the front and the back).

Anyone stricken with COVID19 from being at open school should w/out question sue the state, the federal government (trump) and the school board for emotional distress w damages, reimbursement for medical expenses and lost income as a direct result of this gross negligence.
