And the American option is to just let it sweep through our nation and if old sick immunocompromised people die...then they die and the administration can budget so much less for Medicaid Medicare and social security next year...no cuts to productivity everybody goes to work

It's stupid to think their some time liberties worth more than many lives. I believe many other countries will act that very same way.

And finally Italia and España are doing that very same in some cities and population. Of course the NYT won't make a point on that. What about if NYC gets a enormous outbreak with tens of thousands with it and many of them dying? Just come in... get out? Go to work?

We are in Shanghai and everything is recovering in an orderly way. While keeping everyone safe. Many of these measures are very useful. Thanks for the right measures to protect us!

All the hospitals are great! They work well. So far, foreigners in Shanghai are also the safest and well helped. Shanghai has opened a help hotline for foreigners 962288, which is supported in 15 languages. It's amazing, these ordinary people are doing so well.
