I hate to sound like a health nut, but quitting sugar changed my life. Key quote: "Sugar turns on the aging programs in your body. The more sugar you eat, the faster you age.” I used pre-biotics & pro-biotics to cut the cravings and the change in my energy and mood is startling.

Everyone should understand that starch is just as bad. Starch is transformed into sugar by your body and causes blood glucose to spike just as much as sugar does. It's easy to vilify candy and soda....but eating flour tortillas, white rice, etc. have the same bad effect.

Absolutely. That's why I've cut waay back on white rice, white flour, etc.
