Not really. Not in the Bay Area. Hard to afford rents as is. Needed people like nurses, teachers are leaving. They need a place to stay, too. They are paid more than unruly and rough tenants. The unruly can't afford Bay Area rents, rest assured. I'm a landowner. Be reasonable.
