Vice President Mike Pence, members of the cabinet and other political appointees in the Trump administration are positioned to receive a pay bump of about $10,000 a year even as 800,000 federal employees are entering their third week without paycheckshttps://nyti.ms/2F7YgRA

Not. Okay. Who can prevent this? As I’ve said before, in the case of a government shutdown, the Executive branch and Congress should not get paid.

Such a disgrace. 10,000 raise for Trump staffers while he denies federal workers a 2% raise.... How is Trump making America great again?

Do we have to have a “ go fund me” acct for families that aren’t getting paid because the Pres doesn’t want to look foolish. What is he doing for “ the people” now? Certainly not worried about government families. And families not being “ protected” by government workers.

Until gov. reopens & starts functionng accordng to Constitution, I don't think elected officials shuld get raise when 800,000 r out of wrk. I'm well aware Dems r tryng to restore some sanity dysfunctional gov. For that, I'm grateful, but we shuld be focusng on pple n dire need.
